
For a dinner party prior to Easter, I made deviled eggs into chicks. So, I was on a mission to learn how to get my eggs peeled without having chunks out of them. Can you relate? Here is what I did that worked.
I placed the eggs in approximately 4 cups of boiling water and added 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let them boil for 12-15 minutes. After they were finished boiling, I poured off the water then added cold water and ice cubes until the eggs were covered. When the water came to room temperature, I peeled them.
The results were fabulous as seen in the photo above.
