You won’t believe I have a freezer the size I do and the little amount of food in it. As I mentioned in my previous post, I eat mainly vegetarian with a little fish & chicken. Prior to this low inflammatory diet, I would have had a half of beef in here and some pork. Now, my freezer consists of frozen fruit and veggies, a couple treats for my grand rascals, gin for my son-in-law, freezer pacs and neck wraps.

Even though I didn’t personally didn’t have anything spectacular to show you, I wanted to include it in our 12 weeks of organizing, as a reminder to go through your freezer and remove anything with freezer burn or has just been in there too long.

I listed below a few items that I personally like if I had a lot of meat to categorize, multiple bags of veggies and fruit. It would be a lot more fun looking than this photo but that I’d throw it in to be real with you all.
